Probably been done before-  but these make life way easier when tying off stuff on the back seat.
Made out of 1/8” aluminum, and the spacer block shortened 1/8”

Looks pretty good but you probably didn’t have to shorten the spacers. Look into ROKSTRAPS. The best luggage straps I’ve ever used.

Do you have a brand name or are they "do it yourselfers"?

What is the diameter of the tie down hole?

It looks practical but unneeded.  Bunji cord hooks can be made to fit around the mount spacers.

Made 'em myself, turning down the the spacers took the most time.
But I'd never use a bungee.  You can't pull them down real tight, and they're the leading cause of putting out eyes (this according to an Insurance guy, about 40 years ago, but could be an urban myth)
The hole's 11/16" but not critical.

12" sq. bungee nets are my go-to but I always have OEM backrests and racks to attach to.

There is an accessory for GoldWings that attach to the seat bolts. Look just like what you made. Used to tie down the rear of a wing. Try Kuryakin or Motion Pro. Can’t remember who sells it.
