I know I have seen instructions and pictures on rebuilding the petcock but can't seem to find them in a search. Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Seems like you have to drill the rivets and relpace with screws. Hoping to find this info before hand to speed up the process.

Click on shop talk (above).
3/4 way down left column click "servicing the petcock".
