It's not nearly as impressive as Paul Allen's yacht.

With that kind of money, I don't want any neighbors that close to me.

Depends what your hobbies are? Gun range for 50 cal. Indoor aeroplane / helicopter hanger Garaging for 10 cars and 25 bikes including lifts, inspection pits and carwash. Bowling alley Cinema Gym Pub Etc etc Dream big. Here's mine. I'm still striving http://www.richmountainrealty.com/listing.aspx?id=212218I'm pretty sure Paul Allen's yacht has all of that.

We do work for a guy and he has 5 houses. Including 1 at Trump Tower in Chicago, and 1 in Miami. Not your ave house but the $500k kind. Co-rents a private jet, has a Bently, BMW, a 4 door Porche, and 3 other cars and 5 motorcycles. He never rides. They were taking out old gas in the HD yesterday so it can go to storage. Early 90's fatboy with 5k on it. Just sits infront of his garage window all summer. He has a 04 Touring BMW mc with 800 miles on it. He cant reach the ground so he dont ride it. Then why did he buy it?

Joan Kroc's house, in Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, 28,000 square feet. She DID buy 6 lots around her, NOT to have neighbors. She used all out of the county labor, to build it, EXCEPT the wood floors - used a good buddy of ours (we were hardwood contractors, also), and he "hired" us for a couple days, JUST so we could see the house! She used outside labor, so NO one close by would have been in her house. But, it was hard to beat "The Sandman's" wood floors, so she used the best. Nice house. I don't care what ANYone says. I worked in these homes, day in, day out, for 10 years. Multi-million dollar homes. 20,000 to 70,000 square foot homes. This was BY FAR, the nicest... Joan Kroc's HouseR
