My youngest son and I just returned from seeing this movie.  I have always had a deep appreciation for our military and what they do.

This movie only re-enforced how I feel about our brave men and women who serve, past, present, and future. These four brave men where put in an impossible situation and three paid with their lives.

I highly recommend the movie.  I think everyone should see it.

God bless our troops.

I saw it also and liked it.  The book is also very good and goes into much more detail and probably more true than the movie, though movie followed it pretty well.

Watched it a couple of weeks ago.   Excellent movie, very intense.   Highly recommended.

I have not seen the movie. I read the book a few years ago and it was great. Proud to support our armed forces. That dude went through hell.

Our audience did the same. For quite awhile too. That felt good. Great movie. I'm going to pay the money and go see it again.  cooldude

I don't know it for sure but my brother claims that the guy Lone Survivor is about lives in the Tomball, Texas area where I live.    I'd like to see him some day.  Again according to my brother he actually played a small part in the movie.   Any info on this?

He got a long interview on a recent 60 minutes... he's bummed about how worn down
he got during that ordeal, he thinks he should have done better... apparently Seals set high
standards for themselves...

Just saw it today.
It was a great movie, showed the incredible training, courage  and courageousness of these modern warriors.
Makes you incredibly proud and humble , the physical and mental discipline of these guys is amazing.

I highly recommend it, I'll give a 5 Valk rating!

He was in the movie. One scene, he is sitting at a table, wearing a green pull over hat.  He also is in one the helicopters.

I saw the 60 minutes interview.  Seals do hold themselves to higher standards.  They are all heros in my book.

Helluva movie. Just finished watching it.

I tip my hat to all of them and to others who have served, will serve and are serving to protect us from those who would do us harm every day

Good movie as well.  I never knew they carried that much ammo with them, hard to believe if the movie was anything like the real thing, I would think 1,000's of bullets would weigh a ton let alone all their gear.

They took a real beating in that movie for sure.  If movie anything like the real thing, pretty hard core.

If I was in charge, I would have tied up the old man and 2 kids with goats climbing up the hill and not them to go back down until the mission was finished for another day or so.
