Looks like a knock-off of this:

http://www.rokon.com/

These are pretty much go-anywhere bikes, albeit very slowly, but go-anywhere.

Father-in-law had one of these.   Wife took her 1st tumble on a bike with it.   Cost her 12 staples in her leg.   She never piloted a bike after that, she'd ride bitch, but no drive one.

It was a 1970 Suzuki 90, I think the 90 part is correct.   Wasn't too fast, but it was hell in the swamp and mudholes.      Used to chase Jack rabbits with it.

They sold the two wheel drive Rokons at the Honda shop I hung out
at when I was a teenager... they look similar to the Russian bike Highbinder
posted, but you wouldn't be hoisting around a Rokon like that...

I guess no one watched the whole video, at the end it broke down into pieces and fit in a carry bag and went in the back of his car...he used it as a ladder and stuck it in the water and it cleaned itself,  all the ones you guys are talking about don't even come close to what this machine does..

I watched it, it is pretty cool. I would be leary of something made by the Russians though.

I had  a Rokon as a kid. Had tons of fun with it...I think I traded a Bultaco 250 for it....Did so many jumps with it I sheared the kingpins in the triple tree.....
