I got this in an email and felt it was important to pass on.  I hope you spend some time to honor those who are memorialized on the wall.

This is really sobering. Click on the link and find the city where you went to high school and look at the names.

Click on the name and it will give details of the death.

Vietnam Wall

First click on a state. When it opens, scroll down to the city and the names will appear.

Then click on their names. It should show you a picture of the person, or at least their bio and medals.

This really is an amazing web site. Someone spent a lot of time and effort to create it.

I hope that everyone who receives this appreciates what those who served in Vietnam sacrificed for our country.

The link below is a virtual wall of all those lost during the Vietnam war with the names, bio's and other information of our lost heroes. Those who remember that time frame, or perhaps lost friends or family can look them up on this site.

Pass the link on to others, as many knew wonderful people whose names are listed.

No doubt, Dennis. It's like visiting the Arizona Memorial, which I have done twice. It's not a fun experience but it's a very moving experience. I'm sure it triggers a few memories for Veterans like yourself. Thank you again for your Service, Dennis!

Part-Most-ALL of the reason I ride P G R is to Honor 2 MEN I thought a lot of. Vince-the one I went to school with and Jimmy-my cousin-took the same Oath all service members took prior to wearing a United States Military Uniform. We KNEW after taking the Oath that we might forfeit our life defending the U S of A. My brother Vince Jimmy Me and countless others took this Oath. Vince and Jimmy and a LOT of others did make "The Ultimate Sacrifice" . We have Young Men and Women taking that Oath today and far far too many making "That Ultimate Sacrifice". But BECAUSE of their SACRIFICE I am able as a U S Citizen to voice my ideas with out fear of reprisal. Well we USED to be able to. May ALL the Sacrifices in the name of the U S of A-NOT be in vain!

If you ever get the chance to do a "Wall Escort", make that ride.
