Thinking about a get together sometime early to mid March, like the 14th. The Fox and Hounds.
I know that you have met at this place before, thought it is still a good place to meet. Buy one, get one free meals, great atmosphere. From what I understand they will not do separate checks with large groups, so each couple must keep track of what they are ordering and pay for it with a good tip. Should work just fine.
Just click on the link below or copy and paste the link into your browser.
Unless somebody knows of a better place.

Sounds good. I'll be in Calf for the first week in March, but I should be able to make in if it stays on the 14th.

Hey Don , I will be in the second month of my total shoulder replacement on that date. The Dr. is not wanting me to ride the scoot that soon , but I will try to show up just to irritate you and Barb.

da prez, you are more than welcome to come, although all of us will be arriving in our cage.
We are thinking somewhere around 6 PM. I know that won't work for everybody but then again nothing will. Set the time and date and whoever can make it please come.
Thanks also Blackdog, when we get closer we will be asking for a list so we can make reservations.

I have the same question.  Sounds like a nice road trip in the truck.  Might be too cold for me to ride the bike in March.  And I'd get to see my friend BD.  Wink

Yep, that is what I was thinking. Big place, lots of room, good food, what more could you want?

Reasonable adult beverages are also featured.  angel Not that I would know anything about that.

Hi Don and Barb
happy new year to you. The place to eat is fine and I'll be there if it's on my weekend off. I have the 7 & 8 and the 21 & 22 of March off. Either will work for me.
thanks Rocky

will have to wait and see,  my wife's cousin is suppose to get married in AZ one of those weekends and she wants to take all 4 of us for a week or longer trip to AZ to visit the sites before our kids are out of the house in high school now.  I'd like to drive over there, but the wife wants to fly, which saves on time, but is much more expensive now that gas prices are very low and we bought a fuel efficient larger 4 cylinder that will get 38 avg mpg on the hwy.  I like to drive and see the scenery from state to state, unlike the other 3 in the household who have no patience even if I drive almost all of it like we did 18 hours straight to Alabama/Florida 2 years ago for 1 week.  Last time to AZ was 20 years ago with NO kids yet visiting same relatives and we spent a ton more time visiting the sites vs. her uncle's place.  We also would like to take 2 weeks off work in June/July (for once ever in our lives) if it flies with our bosses (thinking not) and visit sites in Colorado/Utah as a family before they both fly the coupe in 5 more years or so.

Either way,  sounds like a good place to meet and eat and greet.

Anybody else from Wisconsin or surrounding area that might want to come and eat with a bunch of Badgers?

Ok, just talked to JimC on phone. He called Fox and Hounds to ask if they would break up the dinner check per couple. Their reply was absolutely not. Because of their buy one get one free policy, they can't do that.
