I wonder too. He was having some problems as I recall, but went on that long ride.
We'll send up the Paxton beacon, he should answer it.
Hope he's OK.

Yeah I think he said he was going to be visiting family in Puerto Rico ? or somewhere around there.
Maybe he got tangled up with some cannibals.
I didn't know there were cannibals in the Caribbean Islands, I thought they were in Java.

While in the DR a few years ago, this website was blocked..... I spent Oct & Nov in South America, and access was blocked there as well...  Puerto Rico?  I dunno, but it's a possibility.

He probably got tired of getting all beat up and is taking a break as mentioned, as have a couple other of our resident liberals. I thought they liked our arguments, errr, discussions as much as I did.

I found it to be very much like, well it's a lot like New Mexico where I live now but...they have a lot more running water then here. Every other person spoke perfect english...

I really did enjoy our 4 day trip to PR and would like to someday go there, buy some camping-fishing equipment, rent a scooter and hang near the beaches for a month or winter. How about it Six Guns? Next winter?

I doubt that. I got the impression Paxton enjoyed giving it to you guys as much as you guys enjoyed giving it to him. I think he is just on a non-motorcycle vacation and spending time with family. As for the other "resident liberals" some have died ,some have moved on. It seems a lot of our members have moved on Undecided

In a previous life I was a contract manager for a major Telecom company in the Caribbean.  We had great tools for calculating installation time, but in the Caribbean we would double it and still lose our ass on installation.

Raymond, I wish my parents hadn't sold their home in Puerto Rico some years ago. This thread got me to looking for property in Puerto Rico where I could spend the winter. I actually found a home on the beach for 155K. I showed the wife but I don't think she's going to go for it. I probably will kick myself for not buying that home in P.R.. Your idea sounds great.     cooldude

"The rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated."  tickedoff

Well, went traveling for about 3 months. Lots of fun.

Spent several days hospitalized while traveling.  ???
Now I am back and going to the local hospital on an out-patient basis 3 days per week.
Going through a new treatment approach.  Smiley

Traveling again the last week of May. Expect to return before 4 July.  Cool
BTW,  I  read a few threads and felt like I never left (Lol)!  Grin

PS:
Finally installed the European badges ("F6C") on my Standard's I/S tank. Also installed the COBRA lights...
more to come.
