This is my mom ....... 85 years young  Kiss
We're going out for supper right away so I don't have much time to type, but, she's the reason for my good looks!  Smiley
Dad passed 2.5 years ago at 87. I introduce him to the "VR" a while back ..... there are links within this link.  http://www.volusiariders.com/73-friends-family/223189-thanks-ride-dad.html I wish he were here so we could all go out. That's not to be but I thought I would introduce mom here as she was ticked off at me for not bringing DDT, troutdude, Mitcho and Wingman to meet her. Sorry mom .....my bad!

Had a good supper last night with mom my sis and some friends.  Smiley

No she has never been on a bike and says she still likes my Volusia better than the Valk. She says " this one is okay but I liked the silver one better."   ???

My family has lived a different life than I for the most part meaning our interests were very different. I was the one active in sports, getting a bike, have an old muscle car.......stuff like that that they were not really interested ..... at least not to the degree as I. I think that is the reason I didn't introduce the guy's but that was a mistake.  Embarrassed

Gee, my mom doesn't even know I own a 'real' motorcycle, not even the Valkyrie I/S for more than 6 years now.  I don't want her worrying about me getting in an accident since she worries way, way, way too much, especially since the Valk is such a HUGE and powerful/fast bike.

She does know I bought a 249cc scooter that I putz around locally with though.  She worries about that as well as she has told me but have riden it to her house the past 2 years up onto the sidewalk, into her front yard, and onto her front patio right up to her front door.  She thinks I am nuts!  Roll Eyes
