I just finished the bulk of my bikes winter projects including: New progressive front springs, polish forks, new front rotors and pads, new avon cobra front tire, desmog, install danmark fuel shutoff, new petcock, new truck stacks and scalloped tips, and new MP3 mount. I have a couple of months to go before I can even think about riding, any ideas for other projects

Is that headlight pointing down or is it an optical collusion? Cheesy

Looking good.

Yah,  you can help me do progressive front springs and new brake pads all around, for a start on my Valk.

Or, give me your address and I'll see if I can get up there before April 1st and help you out on my projects.     Grin

I cut the stacks down to 33.5 inches so with the tips they flowed off the bottom edge of the bags

I had the progressive springs installed by someone else, I just couldn't afford to screw up that part of the build. I would be happy to help you with some valk projects

NICE! But not unlike me, I spend a bunch of time cleaning and a bunch of my winter is doing just that, or changing things. Some guys don't clean at all or very little. Say they bought the bike to ride...Not to spend a bunch of time fussin over a dirt bike. But I for one like a clean scooter. I've been called OCD when it comes to my bikes but I don't really care.

Beautiful bike cooldude

Do you have to remove the exhausts to install the truck stacks?

You should consider installing the audiovox cruise control. I installed one last winter and it really is a nice option to have.

You could do a stack install without removing the pipes, I don't think it would work as well. With the pipes removed its fairly easy to pile drive the stacks on while vertical
