I'm thinking that The Popes signature is what drove the price. Lotsa stuff signed by "important people" draw far more money than the same thing unsigned. If who bought it is happy NUTTIN else matters. RIDE SAFE.

I've got no problem with this.   Although, I did not realize the Pope was into motorcycles, he obviously recognized something that needed divine intervention.   HD needs all the help they can get.   Wink

So does this thing leak "Holy Oil" now or what? ???

Are we sure it was Blessed or was it being given last rites?

Did the Pope bless the apparel too?

Does this make the bike Catholic and does it now have "Mass" appeal?

The bike is now a Holy Roller

Looks like the signature and bike helped raised money for charity.

The proceeds benefit the Stowarzyszenie Przyjazny Świat Dziecka (Friendly World Association), a Polish volunteer, independent, non-profit organization that offers care and support to children and families in need.

Not sure why the need to rant on the  HD. Sounds like a good thing to me.

Jokes about a Harley?

Now now now, don't you know it's not nice to make fun of the disabled??

(Sorry... I meant the "differently abled.")

The reason it sold for so much more, is that......each time it breaks down and dies......it comes back to life just three days later!

I thought the pope had a bullet proof case attached to a convertible so he could be safe, I didn't see any bullet proofing on the HD.  I guess a bike blessing by the Pope supersedes any we do in CMA but, did he give them a sticker?  That's the big question
