Red Flags..

- Claims private seller, but ad sounds/looks like a dealer.
- Used Bike, 2 miles
- sold as is, no warranty expressed or implied.

Could it be a guy bought it, changed his mind before he rode it, left it at the dealership to sell under consignment?

Huge screaming bright RED flags.

No description
Only a pic of an emblem
No pictures of entire bike
No recent feedback
Only 1 feedback within the last 6 months
All other feedback more than a year old
Only 5 down the list in his feedback are two negatives about about being ripped off.

Up for auction is a 2013 Honda GL1800 F6B Gold Wing!  This bike only has 2 miles on it.  This Goldwing is fantastic. It is in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition.

It was from dealers overstock inventory.

It has never been riden and has full warranty.

It is an execellent machine! It has an incredibly beautiful BLACK color that just looks amazing. This is a brand new F6B so here is you chance to own the legandry performance machine know as the wing, with the down and dirty styling of a street fighter. I cannot tell you how much I love this bike and would love to put a couple thousand miles on it, but I'll leave that honor for the new owner. This is the top of the heap in touring/cruisers. Please enlarge the photos so you can look at the bike close up.

Let me know if you have any questions.  Feel free to call or email anytime.

REMEMBER we offer SHIPPING in the Continental US!  We ship to Canada as well, please see details below.  Please review the information below for Payment, Shipping and Terms of Sale.

We are located in upper east Tennessee in Blountville.  We are not dealers however, we do enjoy buying items as well as using our own items to sell on eBay.

I was just looking at one in the dealership today it was 17999.00 I was originally thinking about the Valkyrie but the F6B seems to fit my needs more than the Valkyrie. It comes with bags, is a bit more comfortable and the loss of power is negligible. I really don't feel like building a bike again and that's what it would take on the Valkyrie and the cost would come out to the same more than likely. Might have to call, I posted this because maybe you guys did not look down on the page where there are plenty of pics and all the information.

Southern Honda Power Sports in Chattanooga, has some 2013 models for sale at $13,582.00
with 1.99 % financing. I've been watching them, If it gets down to the $12k area, there may be one in my garage. I would like a black one, but heard the black 13 models had bad paint. What did Honda do for the customers on the paint issue?

Yea, I read that.  But if you read further down you will see terms of sale...with conflicting info.  Also conflicting is "brand new" then "used".  It appears they bought this cheap and are flipping it, but ....I wonder if there were reasons they got it soo cheap?

there are lots of pictures

Yes, saw that ...seems to be flippers of some sort. Not dealers means they had to get it titled in their name I guess which makes it not new because it was titled in their name.

It will be interesting to watch the bidding.  I'm guessing they bought to flip and are hoping the excitement of the Auction will drive up the price so they can cash in....

Is it my eyes or is the seat on this lower than an 1800 Wing?

The few times I've seen an F6B on the road it looks like a large scooer because the rider sits so low.

The 2013 & 14 models can be had rite now @ dealers for around $13,000 to 15,000 depending.  There are leftovers.    I think the B will outsell the new Valks. The 15's are still being built, some already @ dealers.

The 15 models have self canceling turn signals & cruise control on the deluxe model along with the center stand heated grips ect.

My dealer  will call me when they get a 15 deluxe in black.  Most dealers nation wide now only have one or two in stock.  The blues, the satin silvers & some red/blacks are the 1st ones out.    Honda thought some new colors would spark  better sales, so they distributed those first.

I was @ the international bike show today & spoke with Honda reps.  This is the info i got. There was a 13 deluxe  on the floor, they were asking  15,400. with an invitation for a quote, what ever that meant.
Plan to make a deal on the 15 @ first opp.

Pretty sure the  two black "Valkyries" were on the floor last fall.

http://louisville.craigslist.org/mcd/4879807501.html

The salesman offered them at the $13K back then and when he thought I was serious, said he was sure the owner would take another grand off.    Didn't and doesn't matter to me, it's not the bike I want.

Dealer called today.  Guess what, now he says there is no black f6b for the 2015 model yr.  Amazing how these people spew out info & don't know what they are talking about.  I think he just told me what I wanted to hear at the time.  Looks like I may have to opt for the mat/silver one.  tickedoff

The Paint issues have been noted, but depending on your point of view whether it is an issue. It is not just with the F6B but any bike that isn't painted with a pearl type paint from what I know. Honda reportedly changed their painting procedures to an "eco" friendly paint. So in effect, there really isn't a clear coat with the red or black F6Bs. Some owners have reported easily scratched paint as a result. My experience and what many have done to combat this is use a product called liquid glass to put a few coats of polish on. I have not really had any issues yet, but I've done the liquid glass and I use a micro fiber cloths to wipe with. Any scuffs or swirls buff right out. That's my take on it. My inderstanding is that the new blue 2015 F6B may have a pearl finish and thus a more traditional paint, not sure about the grey/silver and black one. I am also not sure about the 2014 yellow one.

Yes black was a 13 and 14 only color option as of right now. in 2013 you had the red and black . In 2014 you had the yellow and the black. For 2015, you have the grey/silver and the Illusion blue color or whatever they call it. cooldude

I know I really love mine. I paid $15600 for it new in July of 2014 with a 1000 dollars in accessories and an extra year warranty . I have seen prices in the 13k range though if you can still find a 13.
