If that is an authentic photo and not altered, then looking at the fence posts in the foreground it must be 150' tall.

It's certainly not in Fl.

I doubt it's photoshopped, we have some here in Fla. that are pretty tall as well. When you think of all the hurricanes that have hit them you can't help but wonder how they can still be standing. It's the composition of the tree itself, they bend a huge amount even in a brisk wind and you'd swear they're going to snap at any minute. My guess is that picture shows a fairly protected location, that's a big plus.

The desert palms in Phoenix (washingtonia filifera) are a similar shape and grow pretty tall, but not that tall.  Those look more tropical.

Near the small mountain town of Salento in central Colombia lies a valley called Cocora, which is famed for the enormously gigantic wax palm trees growing there. This type of palm tree can grow up to a height of 60 meters (200 ft) and is recognized as the national tree of Colombia.
