Do we REALLY need all these fancy gadgets to detect a person's level of sobriety in the field when a simple test with pencil and paper would suffice?

I was down at the auto parts store the other day, and was amused to discover they are selling little disposable breath testers,  cheap.

They are the oral kind, not the anal.

It's a trick.  If you even attempt it, you are considered over the limit.  (and they add indecent exposure to the charges)   Grin
