Thinking mid to late March.... Any thoughts on the weekend we should try this ride again from the folks that had reservations when this ride was postponed in Feb. due to bitter cold temp's ? I'm also going to move the motel to a better location for this ride.  |

to go visit the piles of snow in Boston that week and will
be on an airplane all day on the 13th...

Well, March 26 th , I have eye surgery to remove a cataract in my left eye,so I probably shouldn't be riding that weekend I'm guessing.  |

Joe,
Just do a poll with each weekend in March. The weekend with the most votes wins.
I'd love to go on this ride but, I have other obligations that will not allow such a trip during this time frame.

Well, if you keep it for the weekend of the 27,28,29th I won't be able to make it. Probably ought to allow a little more time than that for my eye surgery recovery. It's a simple procedure, but they don't want me doing anything that would possibly put stress or pressure on my eye for a few days.

I'll start this week getting the motel nailed down . Weather pending the last weekend in March ..... Ride in on Friday evening the 27th ...." Dam Ride " on Saturday the 28th.... Head for home Sunday the 29th.  |

My family is originally from Alabama, however we moved to SC when I was 8 yrs old so this is home to me. My wife and I have lived here between Greenville and Mauldin for the last 18+ years.
Sounds like your family may go back as far as General Greene himself. Ha ha
Do I remember reading in another string that you are in the Seneca area?
