Thanks Joe, I made one last night. Tried it today and no joy. I had too much JB Weld and had to grind it down a bit. Just finished, works like a charm now cooldude

Mitsubishi blank DC3 is what I use they cost $1.00 at Ace Hardware. Best thing to after getting it cut is put it in the ignition and mark it. If you don't mark it and leave that much sticking out it will not open the gas cap.

I'm safe. Gas cap is a different key.
That would be embarrassing to learn that the hard way, at a fuel stop with no extra key Embarrassed
