I'm most definitely NOT a fan of Alex Jones.

If you read the whole article they sent a fake summons to a judge and to another person to appear in a place of their choosing. Not a smart idea and another bad idea was not to be ready.

Ready in what way?

To repel with force?

Ready in what way?

To repel invaders?

You don't throw a rock at a bully and not expect their to be some kind of recourse. Stupid ideas like sending false court documents to a judge is not a good idea.

Information Liberation noted, “The pretext of the raid was that two individuals from the group had reportedly sent out ‘simulated court documents’ — summonses for a judge and a banker to appear before the Republic of Texas to discuss the matter of a foreclosure. These ‘simulated documents’ were rejected and the authorities decided to react with a ‘show of force’ – 20 officers and an extremely broad search warrant.”

The invalid court summons was signed by Susan Cammak, a Kerr County homeowner, and David Kroupa, a Republic of Texas judge from Harris County.

The search warrant against the Republic of Texas authorized the seizure of “all computers, media storage, software, cell phones and paper documents.” Kerr County Sheriff Rusty Hierholzer said the seized devices “will be downloaded and reviewed to determine if others conspired in the creation and issuance of false court documents.”

A little surprising they had the balls to raid a meeting without tanks, snipers and gas.

Yesterday was the anniversary of the beginning of the siege that led up to the murder of men, women and children at Waco.

No arrests were made.....

In that case, it seems the warrant was overbroad, overreaching and the raid ill advised.  Multiple civil suits by everyone involved/affected (that weren't arrested for cause) against he Fed should result.  If you have a case against two people, go after the two people, not everyone in a meeting hall acting entirely peacefully under the 1st Amend.

Also be a nice idea for everyone in the hall to file complaints against the Fed judge who issued the warrant with the judge's State Bar Association, and any fed judicial regulatory body.

Sending out a couple bogus notices to appear, absent evidence of intent to kidnap, harm, hang, etc, would generally amount to a couple misdemeanor abuse of process charges.

David Koresh could have been picked up downtown several times a week, but no, they had to go out and murder and burn dozens of people (and get a number of themselves killed) to make a show of force.
