Found this for sale near me. Checking if anyone knows the make the seller bought it brand new 5 years ago but does not know the manufacture. He said it is a 1200lb. lift. The air cylinder looks beefy. I might go check it out. I think the price is right.

No it's not....it's different, however, it looks just like the heavier duty Harbor Fright table lift that they discontinued a few years ago.

They used to sell two versions....one like in the ad and they still sell the one that tipped over in the other post. 

If it is the heavier duty Harbor Fright table lift, it's still a cheap Chinese Harbor Fright table lift.
