This nit-wit is at it again. He releases his findings on the Ferguson shooting, yet, now he says he is going to 'dismantle' the Ferguson PD.

His replacement , Lynch,  I'm afraid, is going to be even crazier though.

Holder is still there because he is King Obama's right hand stooge.

You can bet the next police chief in Ferguson will be black...just like what happened in Sanford Florida after the Travon Martin debacle.

Good questions. I could be wrong....but did he not say months ago that he was stepping down?

He is still there because the zero does not want the public fight he will get on his proposed replacement, who will not be confirmed in any event.

Nothing to do with Holder but I hope the next leader of the Ferguson PD is black. One less point of racial bias blame when hell breaks loose again. Look how well things went when our half black president pleaded to the populace for peace and non violence.

Don't you guys get it yet??   These investigations into the shootings are just an excuse to take control of the police departments.  The  ultimate goal is to nationalize the police.  They are trying to do the same to the police that they have done to the military.  Take out the non compliant ranks, and replace with compliant.  DOJ uses the excuse then assigns liberal wacko lawyers to investigate, assuring a scathing negative report that gives them the excuse to do as they please, furthering the agenda of the feds controlling every aspect of society.   Can you say Police State???

If anything were to happen to one of the supreme court justices, watch for Holder to slide into the position. I pray Obama and Ruth Bader Ginsburg don't have an "agreement" that she retire before Obama leaves office.

Supreme court nominations must be confirmed by the Senate.  If Ginsberg wanted a liberal to replace her, she should have retired before the recent election (and I'm damn glad she didn't).  The republican Senate majority should be able to stop any communist liberal nominee........... no Zero nominee for any position should be confirmed until he is out of office, period.

Unless he actually nominates a highly qualified neutral person, and I sure don't see that ever happening.

Under these circumstances, I see Ginsberg dying on the bench (so to speak).

Rolling over for comrades Sotomayor and Kagan was a mistake of nightmare proportions, it must never happen again.

Have you noticed that Obama most always gets what he wants? That's what bothers me.... Senate/House majority doesn't seem to matter

Holder said months ago that if they couldn't get the officer, they'd go after the department.

He's just doing what he said that he'd do.....just like a lot of stuff that Omooslum said he'd do early on in his presidency.

People apparently don't listen.

The answer to the question is ; because the Senate hasn't called a vote to confirm the nominee.
