Brothers or not, I'd of had a contract of equal pay signed before any improvements, and if that didn't fly, the only improvements would have been on my property.

Death to communists.  Work or die.

BTW, I just this week helped my brother out of a tough situation for a considerable sum.  He wouldn't ask me for help, my mom did.  He's a very good man and worked hard all his life and his trouble was mostly not of his making (we don't all pick good wives), and I was glad to help him with a gift, not a loan. 

But this was voluntary, not communism.

He's my brother, he ain't heavy.
