Had both of my knees replaced recently. Best thing I did! No pain at all now.

Suffering with knee pain right now and waiting MRI next week I hope. Dr. said it is torn cartilage and can be fixed with out patient surgery. Sucks not being able to walk around like normal.
I let mine go 10 months thinking it will heal all on it's own. Dr. said NO, how did you let it go like this so long. Anyways, surgery it was on the knee and was a whus the next 2 days hardly able to put any weight on that leg/knee and throbs after the pain meds of the surgery wore off. Pain in the butt with crutches for a few days, but I lived, just barely. Big baby is what I was for 2-3 days doing nothing much.

3rd day could start walking on it but well over 1 month before I felt comfortable holding up the Valk for riding, almost 2 months. 95% better now that they took out the old flap of muscle torn just dangling inside. That was when I was pushing 40 years old and the Dr. said while in there, I was starting to get arthritis. I asked him if that is normal, and he said yah, around 40 is when you start to get arthritis in the knees, etc.. I was sort of shocked thinking I am becoming an old fart, can't wait until age 60 for peete's sake.
