hey all
wanted to tell you all about one of my adventure at Sturgis a while back
I misbehaved and spent a night in the pokey {jail}. my one and only so far lets hope. it wasn't the 88 in a 55 it was the .08 on the breathilizer that did it
so I man up shut up and do my night. ive got bail money in my property bag so its not the end of the world.
my blood test comes back in the morning................ .075 missed it by that much
ok so just to be sure things go smoothly I spend 1500$ on a ["highly recommended" don't make me puke] local lawyer
so 3 days before court he tells me the best deal he can get is reckless driving with a suspended sentence. they keep my 500 bail and this mans poker face SUCKS!!!! I know it when I see it.
court comes I have a quite interesting discussion with the judge she giving me the evil eye when I call them out on the bullstuff. ive seen dirtier looks over a dungeons and dragons character she needs to work on it
mad as she is im getting cheers from the crowd and FAR MORE IMPORTANTLY !!!!! a nod for the bailiff
the judge herself changes it to an Alford plea {no contest}
im pissed as I get some times. I got a better deal standing up for myself than I got for 1500$ from blood sucker
that was Friday, Monday was a holiday
Tuesday morning I made history in spearfish south Dakota, I was told by the spearfish police. when I put on a one man demonstration in front of my lawyers office.
I could hear the laughter coming thru the walls of the spearfish police building when this hit the air
37 minutes I got my 500$ back as it shood of been
so for all of you who have been stung I scored one for the good guys
