anyone deal with this company before? How was your experience?

i am having a very hard time getting any decent customer service from them. Bought a windshield a month ago, no correspondence from them since they took my money, and the correspondence i did get was ONLY in french without an english version... I can't log into my account on their webpage. The "forgot your password" option to reset doesn't send an email to your account.

don't waste your time and money on these clowns.

Waiting on PayPal to resolve my case and then i'm going to go with the 15" tall euroflip screen from Gustafsson Plastics in the good ol' US of A

finally got my screen - a month later. Had to dispute via paypal resolution centre just to get these guys to even communicate with me.

Have found so far Secdem/Bullster order best facilitated thru Austrian  outlet Euronet bik or
Euroe-Com Trading GmbH Austria  www.euronetbike.net  At least they answer and in English  Last message indicated I might get any height I wanted .  My height for New Valkyrie at 5'10&1/2 "look over" seems to be 44.0cm   Std  is 51cm  part clear = BH182PB-IN (IN= invisible)

This is an old post, for those that might buy a windshield from Secdem, I used google translator type text and convert to French and when received translate back to English and had no problem. They do not do English that well.  Also Ledany poster on the 1800 board lives in France and can help with translation.  It took a while to get my 1800 windshield from Secdem however it took a while to get my windshield for my 1500 from Clearview.  My guess, neither stock rather made to order and ship time from France either way I have two great windshields.
