I have a tour model with a 03 stock drivers seat and love it just fine but the old lady is crying about her seat, it is kinda small is there a bigger passenger seat out there?

The ultimate pillion seat is bigger. But it might look odd with an OEM rider seat.

A stock Interstate Valk is a tad bit bigger I believe.

Upgrade to an I/S with comfier backrest as well for her?

Maybe airhawk or other seat cushion aftermarkets make a slightly wider seat to put on top, but guessing not much wider.

Back 5+ years ago I was looking at buying for about the same price a used 1996-1999 1520cc Wing and after driving it back to back next day with my current Valk I/S,  wife said get the Valk since the rear seat is bigger and more room since neither of us are small.

I made a couple of passenger seats out of stock front seats.  Much wider.  I figured no one ever said how comfortable the aftermarket rear seat was and could I mount this in front.  However, lots of folks have opined that the OEM front seat is fairly comfortable.

My first seat was a pre 2000.  The second was a post 2000.  It is not that difficult (the first seat was my very first attempt at making a custom seat).  The cost is under $100 assuming you can find some decent seats at a decent price on ebay.  I will note that prices and options were better five years ago.

Thinking outside the box.

[The front seats in the photos are from Diamond aka Hartco.]

Made my wife (and my life) very happy!  Smiley

Got the Ultimate back rest for her too.  Turned it upside down and mounted it to the valk frame for a perfect fit.  cooldude

Man what a good and cheap idea, mounting the drivers seat on the rear, I have a couple of them and will have to give it a try, thanks for the tip
