I use to have an arrow, but it is gone and I have no idea how to make it re-appear.

Do you?

I've logged out and re-entered, but that doesn't work.

Well, if you figure to out let me know.
While I was trying to see what you had done to loose it, so did I. I lost when I clicked the green light [upper left]. Now I can't get it back. Should have left well enough alone.

I just got mine back by clicking  the lower right and hitting back as far as it would go and then hitting the esc button. I was just about to make a phone call, as much as I know about 'puters I just got lucky.

Patrick,

Give me a better description, I don't understand.

Clicking where on the lower right and hitting back? I get the esc button

I'm assuming you're using Safari, maybe it doesn't make any difference though. Try cursoring to the lower right of the screen and click. A box should come up with a selection. Click back and keep doing it until it won't do it any longer. Then I hit/tapped the esc [ upper left key] button.

Patrick,

I tried what you said but it didn't work for me.

I asked my son and he fixed it in an instant. He clicked on the "View" in the tool bar at the top of the screen. He clicked on "show tool bar" and there it was.

I'm sorry you went through all of the hassle. Especially when your's disappeared.

Be safe,
Bill

Geeez, I never thought of that.  Makes sense and its certainly faster.  See, the ID 10 T trouble code.  Your son is too much of a gentleman to mention that, figures it would take someone younger to fix it quick.
