Fog light lens Jute 9812

I own a 99 Valkyrie and one of my fog lenses cracked.  The marking on it reads Jute 9812 yet on the other one that is not cracked it reads Jute 9812/9813 however they're identical.  I've looked all over Web for a replacement to no avail. Anybody ever look for one of these and found it or know where I might go? Thanks

Those numbers on the lenses look like date codes that mean they were made in the 12th or 13th week of 1998. That said, you should read this thread from the Tech section as it may help you find what you need.
