It depends on for how long and why I was leaving...

Brief, few years max? Maybe rural France, or South Africa. Thailand perhaps. Australia or Scotland perhaps.

But I wouldn't want to put down roots in any of those places, just an extended visit really.

Long term? I'm not leaving...

Pluto has recently been shown to be quiet, far enough away for uninterrupted retirement and no taxes. laugh

But getting back down to earth about your question 2funny; I'd say Ireland, if you have the means and ability to settle there.  Nice people, beautiful country, decent standard of living, no frills, understandable language.

Aint gonna happen to this citizen.

No better place to live than the USA.

However when I win the lottery the Vercors in France, Black Forest in Germany, north of Verona Italy,
on the coast north of Barcelona, Cameron Highlands Malaysia, Adriatic coast of former Yugoslavia, Costa Rica and so on are all places I'd like to live for a year or so.

Don't see me goin anywhere other than right here in the U S of A. Took an Oath in Feb. of 1964 that I have EVERY intention of upholding-So Help Me GOD. While I MIGHT be pissin into the wind I'm thinkin this Country of ours can be saved and MUST be saved. I Pray and Hope I am NOT WRONG in my assessment. Cuz when ya think about it-IF this Country fails-WHAT'S left?? This Country was/is a good idea in 1776-to my bit of a mind-Our Country Is STILL a good idea to this day.  cooldude We as American Citizens KNOW the problems facing us-WE as American Citizens need to get off of our collective asses and fix what is broke! Somewhat understandable. Depending on what part of Ireland. There were a few people that I had not a clue what they were saying. But they were very friendly  cooldude

I need the list of countries that will let me bring any type and number of firearms and ammunition with me I choose.

It's probably not a long list.
