Notice on the bottom he has several "ski" like appendages on the bottom of the bike... so it more like a surf board/water ski with one hell of a paddle wheel.... paddle tire too.....

I personally have "skipped" a snowmobile across 100 yards of water and there are races up here in the summer where they run snowmobiles on the water for a long way.... miles.....

But even saying that, he's got a ton of brass ones...LOL
