An update on how to cook and harvest.
Sow the beets about 1 inch apart.
When they get crowded, thin them.
Leave the tops on the tiny beets and wash them.
Cook them as you would any kind of leafy green.
A little butter and you have a veggie dish like my
Grandma used to do it.
