Left the house without money and card. A frequent occurrence for me. Realized this at lunch time. Went on-line on the phone and found that McD's takes Apple Pay. Been wanting to use it and it worked beautifully. Even used my thumbprint for authorization  |

So, as I understand, you paid for some stuff at McDonalds with apples?
I ain't never heard of being able to trade apples for burgers.
Why didn't you just eat the apples instead? They'd a been healthier.
ps. And you could have at least wiped your greasy thumb print off of em. I hope nobody else eats that nasty thing.

You wave the phone (and I guess tablet as well) near the thingy where you would swipe your credit/debit card. The phone then vibrated and a screen appeared asking for verification. I set it up so I could use my thumbprint so I held my thumb over the round button at the bottom of the iPhone's face and it vibrated again and she handed me the receipt. If I was really in need, I could have gone to Walgreen's for a cash withdrawl. |

Google wallet is really slick also. A very nice way to send money person to person with no fees also. I use it all the time.
You can loyalty cards, gift cards also.
