kuryakyn engine guard clamp size

are the curved engine guards 1 1/4" or 1 1/8"? i'm moving my highway pegs from the 1" bars next to the valve cover higher to the curved bars and i did order the 1 1/8" clamp but it seems slightly small. it doesn't close all the way and i don't want to crush my crash bars. as it stands now i have either order one more 1 1/8 as i didn't realize the ones i ordered were single clamps or i have found a good deal on a par of 1 1/4 as a set. thanks.
