Changing time (Forum Question)

Don't know if this is the place for such a question, but the local time listed in my profile, and attached to anything I post is not right. I have been all thru my profile page and can't see where to adjust the time.

Same here. Usually about 1 hour 20 minutes off.

In your profile, under 'Look and Layout Preferences', there is a time offset entry. That value is added to the forum time displayed, to get the display for your views and entries. That said, mine is about 20 minutes off.

It probably takes the NSA 20 minutes to peruse our political posts.

I had never paid any attention to this before.
I just went in and changed mine. Had to do +2.26 hours (I think). But it works.
Now I will never look at it again.

It looks like forum time is 17 minutes slow, for Pacific time.
