Tired,     Retired,     makes no difference, you will have a lot of Dr appointments now.     Trust me.

Iv'e been retired since March 1997,  I bought MGM, he was the 1st Valkyrie sold from that dealer.
I sold him to my son the 1st of September.

I renewed my license and since I came in with a walker, I had to take a driving test..     Took it in the truck and passed, then she noticed my motorcycle endorsement.     Now I need to take  driving test on a motorcycle.

No motor available to ride so I had to give up my motor license.       B*tch.

Oh well, I've clocked over a Million miles on motors during my lifetime.       Most of it was recorded as a CHP.

Well RJ, I stopped going to the (any) doctor some 7 years ago.  So far, I'm doing OK (and better than I deserve).

I wish I could say the same for the dentist.

In over five years of retirement, I've used my alarm only twice.  Both were early rides.   Smiley

It sometimes irritates my working friends when they understand not only do I not know what time it is, I'm often unsure what day of the week it is.  Not losing my marbles, it just has little relevance to me.  I'm a college football fan, so I do look forward to Saturdays.

After a working lifetime of challenging (sometimes crushing) deadlines, schedules, workloads, requirements, training, quotas, I find it sinfully pleasant to simply abandon the clock and the calendar.

I hope you are feeling and fairing well sir.

As an over the road truck driver I had an extremely cruel task master-the clock. Pick up at such and such  time and place and deliver to such and such time and place.  uglystupid2  Only thing I get to on time these days-P G R missions and doctors appointments.  cooldude I try hard to NOT sleep past 0830-0900.  Roll Eyes When I have too I can unass the rack at zero dark thirty.  2funny My alarm now seems to be my bladder!  Lips Sealed RIDE SAFE.

Yeah, I have a Howard Miller school clock, wood case, windup with Westminster chimes. Great clock with German brass innards. PITA to change time as I can't turn the hands backwards.  The digital clocks were easy.

Jess, good luck on staying away from doctors!  Grin   I've had four appointments with the eye doc in the last month.  Four appointments with the dentist.  As we age, we generally don't fall apart all at once, just by steps.

RJ, I renew my license every two years now in Indiana.  I passed and no longer need glasses restriction. The MC endorsement is still on it for what that's worth.  No walker needed ......yet!

Yah,  I dislike setting the clocks back 1 hour this time of year.  I was busy taping  my enclosed trailer and was done by 4 p.m. thinking I had plenty of time to do some touchups with the herculiner and low and behold,  the wife came out and reminded me at 4 p.m. I have ONLY 1 hour to do all the touchups BEFORE it gets dark at 5 p.m. vs. 6 p.m..

I guess yet another project will have to finish tomorrow.   tickedoff This time of year I should just pack up my cycle EARLY since have tons of 'around the house' projects that need done before old man winter raises it's ugly head.   Sad

At least I tried fixing a few things today even though nothing really panned out in my favor.

Every year, I have a hard time planning what I will do with my Daylight Savings.

Buy a flashlight I guess.

Perhaps the most stupid thing ever.   uglystupid2

Only the government would tell you that, if you cut one foot off the foot of the sheet and sew it to the head of the sheet, the sheet is now one foot longer.

Sheesh
