That's a nice bike however I would rather have the one you bought with the OEM Tourer saddlebags. Nothing looks better on a Valkyrie than the factory Tourer / Interstate saddlebags IMO. |

I bought a 98 Blue/Crème Standard new in 98, put on Champion bags and OEM shield. Was a keeper for a long time, my Son rides it now. If I was still riding I would be after that one right now. At one time I had 4, so 2 is in no way too many.

I was viewing that link from my antique laptop. That in conjunction with my antique eyeglasses, I would have sworn that was a GREEN & ivory Valkyrie, like I just sold last year after robbing the bags to go on my BLUE and & ivory Valk. I have ordered and paid $700 for a new pair of "eyes" and have yet to have an occasion to pick them up in Knoxville. Anyway, "LOOKS" like a good deal if carb clean up and regular stuff does the trick. I would inspect  the inside of the tank, that might tell a lot. |
