I decided to take a break, and turned on the News, they were talking about  new technology, then moved on a bit to local news.  They were talking about two or three women that got busted and were intoxicated while driving with children in the car. Suddenly a question jumped out at me! So I called the Macomb County Sheriff's Dept., the question is, "If a person is intoxicated, and they had, and got in to their Driverless/Self driving car, and then it drove them home.  Is that considered driving under the influence(DUI).  They said YES, because the person still had the ability or some form of control.

Interesting!!!

It's gonna be interesting to see who is liable for traffic tickets when they're fully automated too...
