The 2016 VRCC Calendars are ready to order!
Thanks to Willow and Wamego Rob for putting this together.

We've once again included a pull-down tab for additional VRCC support.
This additional support tab can be used with or without calendar purchase.

Thank you in advance for your continued support of the VRCC!

Hey Rob, thanks for the compliment on the pic.

I took it while visiting the Bloody Lane Tower in Antietam National Park, a truly amazing and humbling place.  If you ever get the chance, go there, I want to go back.

The shot wasn't planned, but after I saw the background and the bike from the tower, I moved her into position.

That was in the middle of a 4 day road trip a couple of buddies and I did to visit the area, so she wasn't all cleaned up and had a couple of days of ride grim on her.

Can't believe how good she looks.

But then again, I can.

Thank you, and many others, for participating by providing good pictures.  A big thanks to everyone who contributes to the financial welfare of the VRCC by purchasing the calendars and a special thanks to the ones who have given an additional contribution above the calendar price.

The expenses of the VRCC in providing what we do is not huge but it does add up.  For the past several years the calendar sales have been either second or third in providing funds for VRCC expenses.  InZane is by far the first place provider and the vendor advertising and calendar sales have run close for second and third.  Google ads used to be high on the list but we lost them on the primary boards some years ago.

Thank you all for your participation.

Donation given, Joy Fully too, I might add!  Cool

No place for a calendar at home or work. Then I enjoy the monthly desk top ones for my PC.

Ah, just one thing, the receipt still shows contact Spearfish SD. Might want to update that thing??

The first wave of calendars were mailed out this evening.

I apologize for the delay.  WE got started later than normal and it took awhile for the printer to get the first order out to us.  We have a second order on its way and I got confirmation yesterday that it had shipped.  We have about twenty of the most recent orders yet to go.

I need to sell some more of the 2016 calendars so if you get yours and you like it let folks know.

The VRCC gets about $10 for each calendar sold.  There's also an option to contribute additional which several members have made use of.  I'm not trying to make anyone feel obligated but just mentioning opportunity.  Every once in a while a discussion come up in which folks state how willing they are to pay annual dues.  We don't charge them but if you'd like to do so, the additional contribution is a way you can decide for yourself how much annual dues should be and participate at your own option.   Wink  We have some mebers who have done just that and I thank them very much.

The second wave of calendars went out Thursday evening and this afternoon.  I'm all caught up now on calendars that have been ordered and I have a supply in the office to mail as soon as new orders come in.

If you ordered more than one and just got one in the mail yet, the explanation is that we send them one each in an envelope.  I know it doesn't make sense but it actually costs less to send two individually than it does to send them together.

I know we started late but I need to have a few more (maybe twenty-five) ordered this year so I don't get stuck with being the guy that anticipated too many and lost money on ordering inventory.  If you haven't yet ordered but thought you might please click on the link below and do so now.

Dave, I show it went out on the fifth of December.  I honestly don't know why some postal areas seem to arrive much sooner than others.  It doesn't seem to have a direct relationship to distance.  Let me know if it doesn't show up.

Carl-This is NOT directed at the V R C C or you but-when I got home I KNEW when I saw the envelope what it was. I have a small mailbox here at my Lacasa and cursed if the u s postal hadn't folded my beautiful 2016 V R C C calendar lengthwise to make it fit in my mailbox!  uglystupid2 Cry Lips Sealed I spoke to my mail carrier and was informed if "Do Not Fold or Bend" IS NOT on the envelope it was delivered properly. It must not have been in my mailbox too long folded but it still took a bit to get it back flat. I have zero complaint about the calendar itself and I do realize once you entrust it to the u s p s it is for all intents and purposes out of your hands. This is more of an F Y I than anything else. And TRUST me-I look forward to the new V R C C calendar every year.  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

I'm sorry that happened to you, Dennis.  I usually have a few left over after sales have completed.  I'd be happy to replace yours or anyone else's that was damaged in shipping.  Just let me know.

We sent out everything that's been ordered and are down to a handful left in the supply.

I may have made a mistake.  I ordered a resupply to get us through January based on events from last year, well, this year, but much earlier this year.  Usually at this time in December we're down to a pattern of two or three per day.  This year we're down to an average of just over one a day.

If you haven't ordered your calendar or five yet you can click on the link below and keep me from looking too bad.  I appreciate the help.  The VRCC appreciate your assistance.
