Hockey?   Had to use Google for that one.

For information purposes only, if it involves ice, no thank you.   Wink

Well, I'm in Boston.  Thought we were going to lose there for a while when it was 3-2 Rangers... We pulled it off yet again.

Wow, a Canadian Bruins fan?

The Bruins have had a slow start for sure, but looks like they are getting better.  Lot's of new sticks on the ice, but 5 wins in a row, with the best being beating Lunquist.

I still believe in Claude Juliens defensive attitude and players like Bergeron, "THE" defensive forward, fit perfectly.  He's just excellent to watch.  He donates his skybox to a children's hospital every home game and it's claimed he meets with the kids each game.  Awesome guy.

IMHO, Seguin was about Seguin, glad to be rid of him and his "it's all about me" attitude.  And Erikkson is starting to show the talent management saw when they traded to Dallas for him..  Seguin is a talent, undoubtedly, but he's not a team player, at least he wasn't in Boston and Boston is a TEAM franchise.

I do miss Dougie Hamilton.  Watched him come up from the beginning.   Kinda reminded me of Kyle Mclaren.

Lucic to LA was the surprise to me.

Power forward supreme and it's tough to find guy's like him.

Yeah, Lucic trade caught me off guard also.  He reminded my of President Neely when he played.

But he seemed to be slumping at the end, for some reason.

He's doing good in "Fruit & Nut Land" and the team is playing well.

DEVILS !!!
The Jersey Devil is a legendary creature or cryptid said to inhabit the Pine Barrens of Southern New Jersey, United States. The creature is often described as a flying biped with hooves, but there are many different variations. The common description is that of a kangaroo-like creature with the head of a goat, leathery bat-like wings, horns, small arms with clawed hands, cloven hooves and a forked tail. It has been reported to move quickly and often is described as emitting a "blood-curdling scream."

Does this describe your team, Dan?  2funny

Some great players on those teams of the early 90's.  Anchored by Brodeur and put together by Lou Lamoriello (from my home town and high school), one of the great college and professional hockey minds of the past 40 years.
Now he's trying to revive Toronto Maple Leafs to a respectable team once again.

Your Devils were once our original Colorado Rockies...say thank you.

I grew up in the Orr, Esposito, Cashman, Bucyk, Cheevers era but as a very young kid. How could you not love the Bruins....
My favorite players of all time are Terry O`Reilly, Cam Neely and Stan Jonathan. The first two because they could score and then turn around and punch a guy out and Stan just for the fight with Canadiens Bouchard  Grin

I loved the last Stanley Cup as it`s the only one I remember but I still think Seguin could have been reined in by a veteran. He`s a generational talent that the Bruins are generally lacking.

I can`t stand the Habs more than anything  laugh

Yeah, you can't stand the fact that they've been beating the cr@p out of the Bruins since 1924. 2funny
