Mostly, you don't post pictures here, you post them on some
picture hosting site (there's a lot of free ones). Then you type
the URL for the picture into your post and we can see it.

There's a tiny bit more to it than that, but you said "kiddie talk"...

Do you have a URL for a picture, any picture? We could show you
how to post that...

Photo bucket.com. start a free account.  Upload some pictures.  Find the "share" button and click on the IMG file.....then paste that in your post

If you want the picture IN your post as opposed to a URL, you have to click on the "Insert Image" icon.

It's the one on the left, bottom row. You'll get this  [img][img]

Paste your pic's URL between the ][ where the blinking vertical line is.

You can check if you did it right by clicking on the "preview" button.

IMO the best way to post a picture on this site  www.photobucket.com   Get a account ( Free ) and load a few pictures. Put the mouse on the IMG and click when you see it copied come here and paste.

Greg, if you are using photobucket you don't need to do that. Just click on the IMG box then paste it in the dialog box.

If you're doing it that way ]Your Picture Goes Here[..... When you click the picture icon above the picture must go in the middle of this ] [  Right click and paste...If you are using the VRCC photostash more than likely the pic is too big... With photobucket it doesn't matter the size.
