LOL! Some days it's just good to survive. Yep! A great day! Good day = "Nobody died." Great day = "...and I can use the bike again." My only disappointment was I didn't catch any flying bagels. Hadn't had breakfast yet!

That just confirms my dislike of bagels. Donuts are much healthier. Glad the "skilz" came thru again.

Dan , I'd say you are doing pretty good if that's your biggest regret. Get feeling better and go West young man.

What I wouldn't give for a real bagel from a real Jewish deli/bakery; top it with lox and cream cheese...deeelicious. Ya just can't get perfect ones out here in the high country (must be the altitude and the water).

Two wood chucks this year. 1 squirrel, a mouse, 1 chipmunk, hub cap, a pile of guts from a dead deer still in the road, several birds and the neighbors weener dog.

You ran over hubcap ? What happened, wouldn't he move ?

With Daniel's record... assuming may not be a good idea... I read his books, there are even more stories of close calls in there. I highly recommend his books if you haven't read them... they're a damn good read!!!

Several of them actually.... The most recent one: http://lifeisaroad.com/blog/2013/02/20/be-the-batman/Liquefied bat has a distinct flavor...
