I must say I've never been a big fan of Lindsay Graham but he resonated with me last night. I could vote for this guy. Why is it all my picks are at the bottom ? I don't agree with everything he says but he was the only one in my opinion that spoke from the heart . The rest of them in both debates just seem to be saying what their "handlers" are telling them to say.

I used to like Graham. I remember seeing him at a Young Republicans meeting on campus when Bill Clinton was running for president... "Bill Clinton couldn't get a drink of water in South Carolina", he said... I guess I kind of liked that line... Now I'd just as soon not give Graham a drink of water... -Mike

On a serious note! It just words, you don't have to mean what you say, you just have to make the people think you mean it. I learned a long time ago from experience, that its not always what you say that is important, as much as how you say it, what is important. Peoples voice tone is a factor in convincing people of something. Let say a person with a screechy voice like Bernadette, on Big Bang Theory, you may have heard her, to listen to her, some would rather stick pencils in their ears.
My point here is, use that brain you were born with, don't be taken in with a pretty face and a smooth talker. Like they say! If it seems to good to be true, IT USALLY IS!!!! Vote Smarter, make the choices, your choices, not someone else's!!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess all your picks are RINOs... I absolutely would NOT vote for Lindsey Grahamnesty (Or Christie, or Bush or a few others) in the general election, I'd vote 3rd party first. (And full disclosure - Although I do actively track candidate positions and how they jibe with my own, even opening the possibility of changing my own in the process, I don't bother watching the "sporting events entertainment masquerading as politics" that the debates have become. I will be voting in the Republican primaries and although my guy isn't a front runner, I already know who I'll be voting for and am pretty strong in that. Using the www.ISideWith.Com quiz I usually come in the 95% or so range for agreement with him.)

There were parts of the sporting event you'd have enjoyed last night... a bunch of them are harping on Trump wanting to "turn off the Internet", yet they think they can "ban encryption"... Carly Fiorina probably knows better than that, but most of the rest of them seem pretty clueless. Trump seems to want to "get our best guys" together and "infiltrate their Internet" (Stuxnet anyone?) and perhaps make geographic parts of the Internet go dark, all of which seems reasonable... -Mike

This has been floating around my head for some time, and is only my Opinion!! When George B. Senior was prez. I guess he did sort an OK job. I thought due to his background he knew what he was doing, and knew when to pull out. Now George B. Junior was like a sh*t salesmen with a mouth full of samples, His personal info. was like a cluster f**k and seemed to be hard to figure what was true about him, like his service record, that seemed to just go away. Now what he did with Saddam, was to please and get approval of his Dad, because Saddam had Senior in the crosshairs at one time. But never stopping to realizing, what he was doing was, would opening Pandora's Box. Now Jed B. from what I see is, he is trying to compete with his brother for family approval, because he gives me the impression that he was kind of the underachiever of the clan. Like I said it is only my opinion!!!

A debate??? A joke. v. To consider something; deliberate. v. To engage in argument by discussing opposing points. v. To engage in a formal discussion or argument From what I've read and heard today it sounds more like a bunch of spoilt children bickering. Making the USA look stooped again. Why is the RNC SO DUMB to allow the likes of CNN to host debates when NONE of the Democrat debates are to be hosted by the "opposition". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_Party_presidential_debates,_2016Nothing like letting the wolf into the sheep pen. Seems like large numbers of the American fine Americans are dumb as well. Shame. One more reason not to pay for crap TV.

I think he is truthful, intelligent, and is not a politician. He especially caught my attention when asked about showing aggression as commander and chief. "Could you make a decision to enforce bombing or conflict on a region knowing innocents will die or be injured." When we referenced his decision making to removing cancerous brain tumorous from children. I Really thought that was an awesome comparison.

My 3 that I could see myself voting for are Kasich, Paul, and now possibly Graham. But like I say I seem to be for the ones who don't seem to be going anywhere. I don't vote in the Republican primary though so probably won't get a chance to vote for any of them.

ok, so I took the quiz again. 1st time was about 6 months ago, the result was Cruz. and that's all I remember.
this time my results were;
Rubio 91% Cruz 88% Carson 88% Trump 86% Paul 80%
On Immigration: was sided with Trump Domestic Policy: was with Paul Health Care: was with Paul Foreign Policy was with Rubio Science: was with Cruz Elections: Huckabee and Cruz Economy: Kasich Social: Carson Environment: Rubio Education: Trump
My Political Themes were
Militarism vs Pacifism Assimilation vs Multiculturalism Tough vs tender Traditional vs progressive Imperialism vs isolationism Individualism vs collectivism Capitalism vs socialism
My ideology is considered Right Wing;
"Your political beliefs would be considered strongly Right-Wing on an ideological scale, meaning you tend to support policies that promote economic freedom and a society based on morals and values."

I can not find any fault in your opinion. Now for Graham or should I say Grahamnesty - this guy is a joke. He will not even win in his state next time. Is there anyone in the world he does not want to fight, Oh that's right he will not touch John McCain. Keep them borders open Lindsey, those wall street establishment Rino Repubs need that cheap labor, and the Dems need them for voters. Chuck
