I like the last one, but not enough funds. The IS is cheap, but add a paint job and body work, not so much of a bargain. Must be that cold snap we are having making them sell them.

I/S with that damage more like 2600 ish. Couple of others are right in line! I didn't see a mileage listed for the boogered up I/S. Yeah Bill-cash flow problems my ownself-usually outbound! RIDE SAFE.

If it wasn't so much work, I'd go for the I/S and swap out everything and then repaint the fairing. Sell the trunk as is along with all the hardware and turn it into a Super Valk. Then I'd have to start over on all the mods I have on my Tourer. On second thought.....forget it.

I also like the last one. All low miles, what's up. When I sold my 02 standard it had 160000 miles on it and it ran like new. Never should have sold it.

Cold weather always bring out the sales on bikes, boats and most other outdoor toys with the exception of hunting and camping gear. Convertibles really drop in price in the colder climates. So many early Valkyries for sale in the surrounding areas I almost bought one just to have it, the only thing that stopped me was trying to explain why I needed another toy.(even to myself!) the Devil made me do it just wouldn't work again.
Sometimes it's fun to watch the trends of sellers and buyers. We have a Cabelas a couple of miles from our house and they stay busy year round.

... the IS might be a good deal ...
They list a CB. The bike doesn't have one. The dealer obviously doesn't know enough about the Valkyrie to properly assess what's needed to repair it. I wouldn't trust him and, as stated, with repair costs $3000 sounds low but it's high.
