Just read that Stag Arms got raided by ATF and will probably be shut down. If the circumstances cited in the report are true, they had it coming. Its a shame, they made good stuff.

And while the company has to pay a large fine, it's the OWNER who has to get out of the firearm's business. It looks like he's already found a potential buyer to transfer the business to and keep on keeping on. Hopefully.

Annnnnnnd if they were NOT sold then what is the problem. If they were made into guns and then shipped with out serial numbers than that would be a problem. Unless I missed something in the article, its states they were still on the premises. So why is this such a big deal.???

Yeah, they're not confiscating guns.... they're just funding a giant big brother agency to go around and enforce the 10,000 (and ever changing) laws and regs designed to confuse and trip up law abiding people and businesses.
The stupidity here was not taking immediate action to correct what was found and given a pass on the first visit.
Stag Arms makes good stuff, and I hope they get by this.
