My youngest daughter, Toni, decided to send dad a selfie. I had to ask about the glasses perched atop her head, she's rather upset with herself over them. She's worn single vision contacts for years but these are the first pair with Varilux bifocals. She was upset because she couldn't read without them, I told her it's about time she joined the rest of the family......at 47. Her husband finally talked her into seeing the dr. about an exam, it happened the day she walked into the kitchen with reading glasses perched over her regular single vision specs which she wore when her contacts were out. I think she's done quite well but I also got as much mileage out of it as possible by teasing about how she'll have to get accustomed to tipping her head up & down. Some of you may recall, she's the one that kept the board advised of my progress in 2012 when I had my heart attack. I'd post a picture of her sister.....if I could ever talk her into having a current one taken.
