Never have really understood or celebrated New Years but, then I'm not much on that kind of stuff anyway.

BUT, this New Year's Eve was the best day I've had in a very, very long time.

Both of my adult children flew in for a surprise visit with Mom and Dad. They caught me at work with my back turned to them concentrating on something else when I hear this booming voice say, Hey Bud, you have no frigg'n idea what you're doing.

I turned around to see my son and daughter behind me!!! What a wonderful surprise, can't tell you how happy this made me.

They then went home to where Mom was slaving away preparing for a visit from her side of the family and surprised her as well.
Yeah, all those other things aside, this year ended well. I'm a happy camper today!!!

Thanks John

Looks like a good day to ride if the rain holds off,  Riding on New Years Day,  what a gift.

Should get to a high of 40, still mesh jacket weather
