I got polk audio db501. Speakers to replace the blowen ones in my interstate. That's what everyone says i needed
But they have a smaller bolt patten how do you guys mount these?

i think he used 401's but the 501's are identical in shape and size, i followed these instructions when installing my 501's with a 300 watt rockford amp.

I also have install the db501's in my I/S. 
To improve the sound quality, I put "Dynamat" sound deadening around the speaker enclosures to reduce unwanted sympathetic vibration/resonances.
