You will need to create an account for Photobucket and a login. You can even use a Facebook login if you have one.
After you've logged in, there should be an option to upload pics to Photobucket. You would select the "Upload" link and then have a choice to drag picture files to the upload box that will pop up or you can use the "explorer" method and find the pic on your computer and click on it.
After your pic is uploaded, it will be in your Photobucket Library. You'd now select the library, and click on the image.
After clicking on the image it will pop up as a standalone pic, you will then see three choices to the right side under the heading, "Share this Photo". Click on the link in the "Image" box(the 3rd one down). It should then say "Copied".
Now it's just a matter of right clicking anywhere on your VRCC message and then hitting the "Paste" option. It should implant the image link with the correct bracketing.
You can check to see if it works by hitting the Preview message button to the right of the Post button.
