+1  I hope everyone out east weathers the storm/blizzard ok and safely! Hopefully, you can just stay inside and polish your Valkyries until it passes.

It won't stop snowing.  A regular energizer bunny snowstorm.  The weather people say it won't stop until midnight tonight.  I am drinking coffee and getting motivated to go out with the snow flinger again.

I think maybe I need some of those gummy bears to give me some extra push.

I feel for you guys to the East as I am sitting here reading the post and drinking coffee.  AND watching it rain/snow outside.  Most of our snow here in town is gone now.  We are in our January thaw.  Even got in a 100 mile ride in between the rains on Monday.

So our rain today could be more snow for you in a couple of day.  Just saying.

When I went to bed last night Nexrad was showing that storm moving up and off the East Coast BUT today it looks as if it is coming back ashore. And coming back off the water means it picked up yet MORE moisture. I'm guessin lotsa you folks are pretty well effed fer a bit!  Lips Sealed So I'm thinkin my paltry 2 or so inches of snow we had which B T W is melting not too bad in the larger scheme of things. You folks hunker down take yer time enjoy your coffee and PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE stay safe. I may joke about ya'll there on the East Coast but I duz worry bout ya'll. We are aware that at times  mother nature can be one evil bitch. RIDE SAFE.

We only got about 8 inches with 12-15 inch drifts. Spent all day shoveling out the driveway, even with a bad shoulder. I needed the workout. Wouldn't want to do it everyday, twice in one week was more than enough.

This obviously wasn't in my neighborhood, but it would be a welcome sight that's for sure.

We escaped the brunt of it below us... Only got around 4 inches and that's just fine by me considering what others got. cooldude
