Manning does just enough to win, not flashy but is good enough I guess?
If you like defensive games, this is the one to see, but boring for sure for the most part.
I've always said a great defense beats 9 out of 10 times a great offense and this game proves it tonight.

Cam will for sure get a chance to do his DAB again in his career.

yah, but the idiot panthers messed my number up of 9 should have NOT held 3rd and goal allowing a TD at the end instead of denver kicking a field goal making it 19-10 me winning the football pool I was in for final score. Way to go broncos, I now hate the panthers!!!!!  |

Have not seen a defensive beat down and defensive team like the Broncos since maybe the 85 Bears, at least at this stage of the season. Fact is the Bronco's D has done this all year. Talk about fast, oh my gosh. Newton never new where it was coming from like a bunch of swarming Bees. In a day and age when it is mostly the Offensive that people come to see, it was nice to see a great Defense rear it's ugly head and control a game. Anyone see Newton's post game media sports interview. Pretty pathetic. Not going to get a lotta love in the press today and a bunch of these guys do not like you already. Doubt you will read this as I doubt you ride a Valkyrie or anything. After all anyone that can go around with a superman S on his shirt does not need a bike when he can fly  No one deserved to go out with a Superbowl win more than Peyton Manning. I have been a fan of his (heck I was a fan of his Dad's back in his Ole Miss days) and the way he played the game and what he brought to the NFL his entire career. There have been quarterbacks that had better arms and better legs, but no quarterback was his superior. Most cerebral guy in the league and tremendous accuracy. No one put more game prep into this sport and it showed with a league record 200 wins. I will miss you big fella. Chuck |

Just a bunch of old farts sittin around wasting time. I check my email in the morning and sometimes check the forums and then again in the evening before I retire. the only reason i'm in the forum is to gleen info on the new to me Valkyrie and I have a few items I would like to procure. As far as ride reports and pics go I don't think that is ever going to happen. I do not have the time or desire to try and figure out how to down size pics so I can post them here nor do I have time to sit around and write up a story. Most of the time I do not take pics anyway. When it's raining or to cold I am out in the shop restoring some nice old vintage motorcycle. Current project is a Bultaco Alpina. Or I'm up in the mountains cross country skiing or snow shoeing. I currently own 13 motorcycles so that does keep me busy. At 70 years young and fit and healthy I ride alone or just with my lady friend as I am not a groupy and never was, I like doing my own thing. I have already wasted to much time explaining all this when you prolly do not care anyway I could be doing something constructive. Well congrats. With only a handful of posts I'd say you may be a shoe-in for Curmudgeon of The Year. This is a COMMUNITY pal. Why are you even here? Oh yeah you said already. So you can USE us. Don't let the door hit you in the ass. |

How was the Cotchery catch in the first quarter ruled incomplete? I'm no expert, usually watching exactly one NFL game every season, but it sure looked like a catch to me; the replay showed that his hand was between the ball and the ground. A different call there likely would have made a difference in the game.

I am a member of a few other forums so, yes, i do know the meaning of forums like this. As far as using people here, well I thought that is what forums were all about . Using each other for the benefit of all. I do not have much Valk experience yet but I do own 5 wings and 8 other bikes. Valks are just a lesser wing. I'm done with this....... I'm going for a ride. ???? Ravyn, for someone that is member of a few forums you need to bone up on your quoting technique . We may be a dysfunctional family but we are a family.
