Sure looks like my 1963  650 Triumph so my guess is a 1960 Triumph

wanna bet if you put two 300lbers. in there it might sink or be pretty tipsy.

Is pretty neat though especially for 1960, why don't the mfgs. think of something like this for today's bikes?  I think it would sell well taking 2 of my favorite things to do cycling and fishing all in one adventure outing.  Drive cycle to lake, take sidecar boat off to fish, drive back home with boat in tow on the cycle.  GREAT idea!!
