      Hope our brave vets police job happens. I can't boycott CVS because I don't shop there. Their prices are ridiculous.

Good thing I never shopped there anyway

I go to my friendly local owner owned Pharmacy in town

Wish more people just patronized their local "brick and mortor" merchant

Happy ending for the man fired he will get a better job with no doubt

I am not defending CVS. But the problem is these large companies have security procedures in place for these kinds of incidents. I would suspect when he locked the employees, customers, and robbers all together in the store he went against those procedures. If the robbers had weapons and had hurt a customer or employee after he locked them in they would have been paying some big bucks. And really that's what these companies are concerned with, is the dollar. Writing off the robbery is chump change to the millions it could have cost them. That said you would think they would be better at handling the scrutiny of this and have given him a slap on the hand and counseled him on how "We" handle these situations.

What did Walgreens do?

I boycott the Killing Zone, Um, I meant Auto Zone, for their treatment of a manager hero a few years back.  Haven't been in one since.  Looks like CVS is on the list.
